They definitely are selling real and fakes.I ordered 5 boxes of Behind 56 and had to return all as not one box passed the UV watercrest test on warranty seal.Shame on FCC…Bill and Nicky!

I ordered a box of partagas D4 from finest cuban cigars, and i requested the box be sealed, the cigars arrived and when i opened the shipping box and pulled out the cigar box the box was opened not sealed.. i took pics and immediately emailed them, there reply was that they sent me a sealed box, so i only ordered from them one time and thst will be the last time unless they do the right thing and send me a free sealed box to keep my business otherwise i will buy elsewhere

Here a real story: I purchased 2 order ( 2 box Cohiba BHK 56 and 10 box cohiba Bhk 56 from DutyFree Cubancigar ( Damian Cayman” <[email protected]) but he took my money then keep send to my Fake one so i have to return it , i try to get my money back he keep a void it, i plan to report it ( which is i did not do it yet …. than some one from Finestcubancigar call me ask me why i post up here then I find out Damian bought from them to resale to me??? I have ( all email, copy of my wired transfer fun to Damian Cayman account) between me and him and email between me and Finestcubancigar. What should i do to get my money back from this man who is a theft and a lier ( he the one send mail to report Finestcubancigar and try to stay out of this) . Please e mail to me so i can send to you all email and transfer money to proof that Damian Cayman stole my money.

I am able to find the exact address for FCC in Honk Kong. Not sure what everyone is going on about there. My cigars are smoking and tasting exactly as they should compared to other reliable local sources for my Cubans. I believe the competitors of this fine company are brewing up lies to try and gain more business. Instead they should learn from FCC on how to serve customers properly and how to ship properly. My Cohibas taste like Cohibas …My H Upmanns are truly Upmanns.. What more can I say? I know my cigars. FCC is my store. Ships to Canada in 7 days!
it was illegal to shp directly to U.S. from cuba , so they go thru Switzerland and hong kong. purchased some partagas tubos.95% certain they were genuine. if fakes , they were just as good or better than factory.
