A former employee of VIP/SOLO cigars has contacted me to say that I have been getting counterfeits. To your knowledge is this true? Everything is correct, the boxes, bands, burn, everything. If this is true where do I go now?

I recently came across this online web store https://cubancigarwholesale.com/ They also claim to have two retail sister firms i.e The Cuban Mega Store (https://cubancigarmegastore.com/) and American Cigars Online (https://americancigarsonline.com/); All these sites look identical and they all have the same contact details. They claim to have a track record of selling cigars since 2006 but there is very minimal record or them online!!They are unavailable also on social media and my attempts to contact them via mail have been futile. They say their prices are low because they are operating in a duty free area. Has anybody interacted with these guys or gotten cigars from them?
