You can find much informations about this company on the internet. Some sources claim that they are selling fake and some of them says genuine. We as Cigar Analysis compiled some of the informations and would like to share with you all.
1. They point out that they have warehouse both in Switzerland and Hong Kong. Just bear in mind that the companies ship from Hong Kong are %90 selling fake cigars and they supply their cigars from the same place. Cigar of Habanos, Finest Cuban Cigars, Finest Cigars, Rocket Cigars, Solo Cigars, Royal Habanos etc…
2. These mentioned companies doesnt own any warehouse. Majority of them either supply cigars from one place or cooperate with each other’s.
Lets get it clear for you!!!
Lets say you place an order on A website and there is no warehouse belongs to this A company and when they receive your order details, your order is being diverted to C company thereby C company is sending your order on behalf of A company. Basically these companies know each other very well.
3. Now lets talk about the most sensitive point. We surely know that most of these companies belongs to one person or one group. They are just creating different brands and trying to look like as if all companies are independent from each others.
Some of the most well known as follows;
CigarOne.com (Marc)
TopCubans.com (David)
Cigars-os-Cuba.com (Joe)
VipCigars.com (Tobias)
These all above websites belongs to one individual however you may not have known that. Funny thing is that all custodians are trying to be shown different:))
CubanLous.com has created a second brand and serve to customers.
HabanosWorld.com is kind of new in the market. Now probably you are saying that how do we know that these two companies are same?
Let us explain;
*When you check out their Hong Kong addresses you will see both are same.
Jordan Road, Kowloon Hong Kong. All fake companies register themselves in Kowloon Hong Kong.
* When you also check out their range of products, you might notice it is also same. In the event of one of them has not that product, probably other one neither.
* and the most solid evidence
The link they send to customers accidentally reveals everything.
As you can see below image, campaign emails sent by HabanosWorld.com are sent through MailChimp.
When you evaluate “Click here to visit Habanos World Cigar Shop” section which is placed in that emails, you will be directed to below link.
http://cubanlous.us7.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d50ecc7a87b6e84a89ad71494&id=bfe88728dd&e=0919f1a851
However, this proves that they are sending campaign emails belongs to more than one company through the same account.
Basically CubanLous.com at the same time belongs to HabanosWorld.com.
To all Aficionado’s attention.
We will keep informing you all about these companies that deceive people by creating different brands. These companies (not sure whether they are company or not) have aimed to serve people by hiding their real identities also they get some of the cigar review websites to wipe off the bad comments made about them by giving free cigars or souvenirs. But they should know that no longer they can easily deceive people like this.
CigarAnalysis has adopted itself to bring this system to a stop and moving in the line with its aim.

Do you have any information on habanosworld.com? The site has been down for a few days now!!
This website is selling fakes as they were also associated with http://www.1001cubancigars.com which went under in 2005 in Chicago incident. They have not raised there prices since and Habanos SA has for authorized distributors.
Seizures in Chicago were in December 2011.
Do you have any information on Cigarterminal. Are they known to sell authentic Cubans?
IVE BEEN USSING TERMINAL FOR YEARS. THOSE GUYS ARE LEGIT. THEY SELL AUTH CUBANS AT REASONABLE PRICES I LIVE IN UTAH AND IT ONLY TAKE ABOUT 8 DAYS FROM ORDER TO STICKS IN MY HUMIDOR.
Cubanlous should selling genuine Cuban cigars,
I have told them to think about cancel the other websites which people doesn’t like one online shop has 2 sites selling.
According to the Hong Kong office , it’s a shell as many many other cigar online stores. Please check it.
I’m an old Hong Kong, the only reason I may understand is they may use a Hong Kong account company to do things with their taxes.

I Also am a customer of Cuban Lous Since 2005 and never once received anything bad, all 100% legit Cuban tobacco only a moron could be duped with fakes.
I and a few of my long time cigar smoking friends have been using Cuban Lou’s for around 10 years. We have never received any “fake” cigars and the customer service is of the highest level. All the cigars come from Switzerland and the only disappointment is when cigars are intercepted by HM C&E.
Never judge a book by its cover or tar things using the same brush! Experience counts

Just received a box of RYJ Mille Fluers. The bar code on the Authenticity Sticker was cut off. All of the micro serial numbers were scratched off of the Authenticity Sticker. The stickers on the box were not sealed to the wood properly. The box had already been opened. I called to get a new box. They told me all of the Mille Fluers come like that. I told them I contacted Habano SA, and they gave me a refund and told me they no longer wanted my business. They deleted my account from their system. FAKE!!!!!!

I have been ordering religiously with Kevin at CL for over 11 years, I am a native Miamian, grew up in the 1980s in Miami around the Cuban exile community, traveled throughout Europe before I was even old enough to smoke and have been to The Who’s who of shops- J.J. Fox to LCDH in Paris. I’ve NEVER had a fake box from CL. Period. If you know what Vuelta A. and Corojo wrappers look and taste like you would know they don’t seek fakes
This is a routine thing that happens to protect their sources- people fail to realize that there is still an embargo-in the U.S.- and who do you think the primary customers are???? Come on now.
No EU online cigar company wants to end up getting a visit from INTERPOL because the U.S. OFAC decides to send a letter speaking about seizures from a particular country- or company. Think big picture. The last box I ordered were PD A/T…and they were fire red like summer baseball clay. 100 percent Corojo. No man- you aren’t going to get me to believe that CL is selling fake Marevas in painted tubes.
Get real
Never had a single issue with Cuban Lou……they are three real deal
Hi Mike
Unfortunately these are the perils of hand made products, consistency
has always been the problem in Cuba, but seem to more prevalent with
longer cigars.
It has also to do with storage conditions…make sure you are keeping
them in the right environment.
Regards
Kevin

If you cut them in half, does that allow them to draw correctly? Any Havana Churchills that are reliably made these days? Expensive mistake for me. Referred you people to a lot of others. Hope the draw improves. Your prices are very reasonable.

My opinion is that cigar one and Top Cubans are the same company and both selling fakes
I ordered a box a was happy with the purchase. Yes they were real. Customer service was very good. I received my order quickly. I can recommend this company.
Place an order Jan 1 never got it all I got is some lame excuse about Swiss customs and backlog of holiday orders! Order you Cigars from other suppliers, these people don’t know the first thing about customer service
Here’s what I can say about Cuban Lou’s. I worked overseas periodically from 2002-2013 and bought Cuban cigars in Paris, Dubai, Rome, Vienna, and Beirut, from certified Habanos S.A. dealers. Since about 2008 I’ve bought from CL’s when stateside. I can tell you that the Hoyo #1, #2, and Epicure, plus Monte Cristo #2, HUpmann #2, Por Larrañaga, Partagas, and others have all been genuine. I compared the cigars from CL with Habanos S.A. in my humidor. Length, diameter, label, wrapper, smell, taste and burn the same as cigars purchased from S.A. dealers. The cap was wrapped as a genuine Cuban roller wraps them. Once, over Christmas a few years back, Customs must have seized my order because it did not arrive, and CL replaced the two boxes, no charge.
The reason the numbers are scraped off is what one gentleman wrote above: if they leave those numbers on the box, Interpol can trace them. One time they did leave the #, a box of Bolivar Royal Coronas, and I looked it up on Habanos website. It was genuine. I’ve had no issues with Cuban Lou’s. I was not aware of a Hong Kong affiliate, but as long as they keep shipping genuine cigars I don’t care where they do business from.
I don’t do a lot of searching and looking on the internet but I do know exactly what I am talking about when we discuss Cuban Lou’s Cigars! I have been ordering Cuban cigars from them since early 2007 and have always been pleased and satisfied. Probably ordered 40 plus boxes and always always they have been genuine. Fast shipping, great customer service, what more can I say.
I have been ordering from Cuban Lou’s for a few years and they have not failed me. I have been smoking Cuban cigars exclusively for 20 years and have traveled to Cuba a few times, I know a fake.
ORDERED A COUPLE BOXES OF UPMANNS AND HIBAS. THAT WAS 4 WEEKS AGO. IT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO EVEN CHARGE MY CARD. AND THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN WHAT MY ORDER AND INVOICE WAS FOR. I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID “OH ITS A BANK CHARGE”. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE. NO WHERE ON THEY’RE SITE DO THEY ADVERTISE AN EXTRA CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT IS AGREED UPON. SO THAT WAS STRIKE ONE. THEN I GOT THE RUN AROUND FOR 5 DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER ABOUT WHEN I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED. THAT WAS STRIKE 2. THEN 3 WEEKS LATER, I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER. NEVER GOT A TRACKING NUMBER OF ANY KIND. AND I WAS TOLD MAX MAX 10 DAYS FROM ORDER TO DOOR. ITS BEEN OVER DOUBLE THAT. HAVEN’T RECEIVED A LETTER FROM CUSTOMS WHICH TAKES ONLY A FEW DAYS MAX TO BE SENT OUT.
SO I CANT SAY, IN REGARDS TO THE AUTHENTICITY, OF THEY’RE CIGARS BC I NEVER GOT THEM. BUT I CAN SAY THEY’RE DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE OF CHARGING WHATEVER THE FU** THEY FEEL LIKE CHARGING YOU IS TERRIBLE. AND THEY’RE CRAPPY SLOW SHIPPING SPEED SHOWS A LACK OF RESPECT FOR THEY’RE CUSTOMERS ALSO. BUYER BEWARE, YOU’LL PAY MORE THAN ADVERTISED AND AGREED UPON. AND IF YOU LIVE IN THE STATES. GOOD LUCK ON GETTING YOUR PACKAGE! 🙁
Cuban Lous are fake. Great boxes and labels, but I cut it open and compared side by side. It’s not even close. Wrong gage, not even cuban tobacco
I just received my order from Cuban Lou’s it was a trial order (Quintero’s favoritos) I have smoked this cigar on numerous occasions and all checked out.
Cuban Lou’s is as legit as they come. Bought dozens of boxes over the years. All genuine. Lukas is great to deal with and honest.
Cuban Lou’s is the real deal. Have made multiple orders with them over the years and every box has been 100% authentic. Great customer service and fast shipping from Switzerland. I will continue giving my Cuban Cigar business to Cuban Lou’s.
Just today I tried to order from them and got an email from them asking a photo of my ID and bank card because hey…the shipping and billing address do not match 😀 Seriously?! I can’t buy a box of cigars and have it delivered to a friend in a different state? Great business!! After I replied that I will comply if such a request comes from their payment processor (as noted in their Terms&Conditions) they replied back they’ll make a refund…what a circus
I just stick with American Cigar companies, Dominican and Nicaraguan cigars are just fine for me. Thank you for the heads up, thou.
I have bought from CL since 2005. The boxes I receive usually arrive sealed from the factory. Labels uncut. I have no complaints about CL. I usually deal with Lucas. Great guy.
Same as Derrick H.
Never received…
It’s a Fake company!
I have ordered Partagas Mille Fleurs and they have replied that they do not ship those to France which is weird. I have asked them to refund me ASAP. Waiting to hear back from them.
