Yesterday I received a long-awaited box of 25 Bolivar Robustos for which I paid
$215 plus $25 shipping.
I’m sorry to report that after smoking one these cigars I think they are a disgrace
to Cuban cigar-making tradition.
The cigar almost immediately started “canoeing”, goes off unless you constantly
suck on it, has a poor construction (very soft, almost like poorly rolled cigarette),
and disintegrates almost completely in the middle.
I’m curious how to return the box for a full refund or possibly an exchange for a
different brand. Please let me know about your return policy.
